Tew-Do List Pro Waitlist open

The money is out there. It's on a dozen different sites.

Grants, loans, government bids and business events in Baltimore are spread across a dozen government and nonprofit websites. Each one looks different. Each one has its own deadlines.

Tew-Do List Pro puts it all in one email every Monday, sorted for your type of business.

Founding price $19/month. Only 10 founding spots. Nobody pays today.

Why we're building this

On Monday, Oct 19, we sent the first Tew-Do List. Here's how it did.

People opened it. People used it.

But the free list is hand-picked. We run a few items in each section. That means some good ones don't make the cut.

The construction owner doesn't need the beauty grant. The caterer doesn't need the sewer bid. Everybody reads past stuff that isn't for them to find the one thing that is.

Pro fixes both. You get everything we find. And you only read your part.

Numbers from Beehiiv for the Oct 19, 2026 send.

Free vs. Pro

The free list isn't going anywhere. Pro is for owners who want the whole thing.

Everything in Pro

Here's what a member gets. Every week.

One email, every Monday

Every grant, loan, pitch competition, government bid and business event we find in the Baltimore area that week. All in one place. No more checking a dozen sites.

A "Due this week" box at the top

Everything with a deadline in the next seven days sits right up top. Open the email, check the box, and nothing slips.

Sorted by your type of business

Find your section. Read it. Skip the rest.

  • Construction and trades
  • Cleaning and facilities
  • Food and catering
  • Professional services (accounting, legal, marketing, consulting)
  • Tech
  • Health and community services
  • Retail and products

Funding sorted by who qualifies

No more reading a whole grant page to find out it isn't for you. Funding is grouped by who can apply.

  • Open to everyone
  • Women-owned
  • Minority-owned
  • Veteran-owned
  • Food businesses
  • Energy and buildings

Every item is one plain line

What it is. Who it's for. How much. When it's due. The link. That's it.

Links go to the source

Funding links go to the funder's own page. Bid links go to the official listing. Never to a site that wants your email first.

Only what's still open

No past events. No closed grants. No bids that were already awarded. We check the dates before it goes out.

A founding price that stays

The first 10 members pay $19 a month instead of $29. That price is locked in for as long as you stay.

Why it's worth paying for

  1. You stop missing things. Everything we find that week is in one email, with the deadlines up top.
  2. You stop reading what isn't for you. Your section is your section. Read it in a few minutes and get back to work.

What it looks like

Questions

When does it launch?

When the first 10 spots fill up on the waitlist. Founding spots open to the waitlist first, and we'll email you.

Is the free Tew-Do List going away?

No. The free list stays free. Same Monday email, same hand-picked items.

Do I pay anything now?

No. The waitlist is free. Nobody pays until founding spots open, and you choose then.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime.

What does "locked in" mean?

If you take a founding spot at $19 a month, that's your price for as long as you stay. The regular price is $29.

Will it get me funded or win me a bid?

No list can promise that. Pro makes sure you see what's open and when it's due. The application is yours.

What area does it cover?

The Baltimore area first: Baltimore City, Baltimore County and the rest of Maryland. Plus national programs a Baltimore business can apply for.

Not ready for Pro?

The free Tew-Do List comes every Monday with The Coin. Hand-picked events, funding, bids and Money Moves.
